Any order placed with Maison Yumi on our Shopify site implies the Client's full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on our Shopify site on the day of the order.

Order

The Client places their order online, directly on our Shopify site. Any order is considered final once payment has been validated.

Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the Client at the time of the order. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Maison Yumi does not accept exchanges or refunds. All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
